Question: What is your returns policy?

Answer: We offer a non-quibble 30 days returns policy for a refund. We do not offer free returns, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of returning the item back to us.

Question: How can I return an item?

Answer: Fill in your details via our 'Contact us' Page to initiate a return or send an email to info@opulentthreads.co.uk - with the following details & reason for returning your product:

  • Email or Contact us Subject Heading: Returns
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of breakage
  • First name + last name of the customer
  • Address of the customer

We will then provide you with a returns address. Please also refer to the Returns Policy for full details.

Question: What should I do to report a damaged/missing item(s)?

Answer: We're sorry to hear that you've received a faulty or damaged item. This is definitely not the level of quality we expect to provide & deliver to our customers. Please email at info@opulentthreads.co.uk - include in the subject heading 'Damaged/Faulty item'. Please include full details of the issue including the description, images, and order and we will aim to get to back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Question: I have a problem with my order?

Answer: Please email us at: info@opulentthreads.co.uk - please put in the subject heading 'Issue with order' and include the full details of the issue including description, images and order number. We will aim to get to back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Question: How do I track my order?

Answer: You can track your order through the "track my order" page by selecting from the top menu. You can track your order with your:

  • Order number
  • Email or Phone number

or Via the Tracking number

Question: What is your response timescales to emails?

Answer: We aim to respond to messages and emails in the order they're received, and we typically reply within 24-48 hours.

Question: Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?

Answer:  Once an order is placed, our warehouse team typically packs and ships it within 1-3 working days, sometimes making it a challenging to process for any address changes. If you spot an error, please email us immediately with the following information below & put in the Subject heading ‘Change Delivery Address’

  • Name
  • Order number
  • New Address

We’ll do our best to update your address before the package is shipped. While we strive to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee changes, especially if the order has already left our warehouse.

Question:  How will my order be delivered?

Answer:  Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on its size. These packages might arrive separately, usually within 1-2 business days of each other.

Question:  Out of Stock/Backordered Items:

Answer:  If any items in your order are out of stock, we’ll email you with an estimated restock date. If the items aren’t expected to be available within two weeks, we’ll automatically refund the purchase price for those items.

Question:  Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Answer:  Tracking numbers may only be functional for domestic orders. If yours isn’t working, please reach out to us so we can verify that your items have been shipped properly.
